The state of Delaware requires that all ferrets be vaccincated for rabies.  They are also susceptible to canine distemper and should be vaccinated annually.  Rabbits, chinchillas, and guinea pigs should be routinely evaluated for dental disease and overgrown teeth.  Rabbits should also be spayed/neutered because females are susceptible to uterine cancer and intact males can become aggressive.

Rehoboth Beach Animal Hospital was purchased in September of 2009 by Dr. Timothy Dabkowski.  We moved into our new location at 20259 Coastal Hwy, Rehoboth Beach in Novemeber of 2012.  We continue to grow and offer new services to meet the needs of our community.  Please visit the client page to access the pet portal for all your  health records.
